Latex Powdered: Corn starch is added to the gloves during the manufacturing process. The advantage is the gloves go on easier with moist hands; there is also a cost benefit here as well. The down side to this glove is there is a corn starch residue on the glove and you may wish to wash the glove prior to use. These also have a smooth finish.

Latex Powder-Free: Polymer coated so they are powder free, so there is no corn starch residue. A more popular end result because it's cleaner. These have a textured finish to the finger tips which assists in giving a little more control over handling.
